Maintenance
Our maintenance team is here to support you at the slightest issue with your devices. Once the problem is identified, we act quickly to fix it and replace any parts or the unit itself if needed.
Every year, we carry out a full check-up of the installed devices to ensure they’re functioning properly. Software updates are also available, allowing you to benefit from the continuous improvements we make to our products.
Our annual subscription includes preventive, corrective, and upgrade maintenance.
Project management
